Just recently my brother came home from his mission and ALOT has changed in two years time. My younger grew about 1foot and a half, I went through a hard patch in my life and also changed it around and not to mention married as well, my oldest brother has grown to a man that I look up to and my parents have grown up a lot as well. I could never have imagined my life to have ended up this way. I am more then blessed to be born and raised in the lds church. Many people have a hard time with life and instead of blaming themselves they blame god. We've all done it at one point in our lives but he's not to blame it's only ourselves we can blame. I could never express the love I have for my savior. It didn't come all at once either. It was the the love I have for my husband and my

family and my close friends that have drawn me so close to this church. The lds church never has intentions to hurt anyone or better yet put upon guilt this church holds every key to return back to our father in heaven if you want to argue about this and tell me why this church is not the true church and why I'm brain washed take a moment and pray to christ and ask if this is the true church and no doubt you will feel a testimony and a spirit you've never felt before. My parents never told me I had to be apart of this church in matter of a fact I was told I could choose my own faith but because I chose for myself that this was the truth of Christ the day when Christ comes I will fall to my knees and bow before my king. Im so greatful for Christmas because of the meaning behind the holiday and the fact that I am able to start a new year with new goals and becoming just little more of a better person. 

 

 

 

 
 

mission impossible

25 months ago Kirk Wyckoff was called to serve as a member of the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints. He faithfully served in the Czech/Slovakia, Prague mission, and I could not be more excited to have him home. Kirk's arrival time was so late, he was suppose to come in at 11:20pm but with the many delays we ended up staying at the airport till 2:45am and boy that sure felt like forever. Luckily with my mom and I's dance background we found it pretty easy to entertain ourselves. And my brothers best friend and his wife were there and they have the cutest baby Ecko so I pretty much just played with her the whole entire time. Finally my sweet mom stood by the tunnel waiting for her missionary to finally arrive. The worst part is we saw everyone coming out but we couldn't see our missionary anywhere. Well they were further back on the plane so they were one of the last ones to enter through. I couldn't stop Crying the moment I knew I was about to see my best friend after two years. What you guys don't understand here is that Kirk and I are only 22 months apart and have always been super close so him leaving me was super hard but it was the best to finally have him back. Nothing has changed though the first thing he says to me is "what are you wearing?"
typical K-Dubbs thing to say! The best news is Travis and Kirk get along real nicely they are best friends. Kirk hugged him right away! It's just been such an awesome time having him home. I have a video of it but its not quit ready so I have to show everyone later I guess!

winter wonderland

Remember that one time when everyone in Utah woke up to a winter wonderland. Yes, even the people down south( weird right?) well, I was sitting in school with my girls and school was closing early because when you mix a bunch of hair school students and snow it just doesn't work out. So school closed early and I just happened to have brought my camera with me so my girls and I brought out the camera and the inner models came out. by the way I bleached my hair again and this girl is white! (pictures soon to be) well enjoy the winter wonderland!

one month

Well, we've finally made it a month. It feels like just yesterday Travis was down on one knee at the lake asking me to spend the rest of eternity with him. I sure love you Travis wayne Johnson and all the craziness you do for me. In honor of our one month I thought I would show you our amazing wedding video that was shot by http://www.louish.com and edited by www.jenisse.com.
In just one month We've accomplished a lot.

1. we've attended the temple 4x

2. made a few different purchases

3.messed up two pies

4. cooked breakfast almost every single day 

5. cooked dinner 4x

6.fallen asleep at 9:30 almost every single night

7. had 6 or 7 melt downs

8. completed a whole half season of the walking dead(glad the governor is dead)

its been quit the adventure in the Johnson home and I cannot wait for many more memories to come. to celebrate our month we are going to make a fort( i'll make sure to show pictures) while we eat dinner and watch school of rock (a Johnson classic that I know almost every line of the movie.)
